How much does pressure washing cost?

Is soft washing safe for my plants and pets?
Yes, when it’s done right. We wet down your landscaping before we start and rinse everything down when we’re finished. We also recommend keeping pets inside until the surfaces are rinsed and dry.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can reach the areas being cleaned, you don’t need to be home. We’ll send before-and-after photos when we’re done.
What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high pressure to clean plain concrete like driveways and sidewalks. Soft washing uses low pressure and cleaning solutions to safely clean pavers, roofs, siding, screens and fences.
How often should I pressure wash my house in Florida?
About once a year. Central Florida’s humidity brings algae, mold and mildew back quickly, and shaded driveways, pavers and pool decks may need it more often.
